Bussana Vecchia di Sanremo

There are at least a dozen B&B in Bussana Vecchia. Not all of them are advertised for various reasons, so in addition to the ones listed below you may find some more if you ask around. Although referred to as "Bed & Breakfast" don't expect too much from the breakfast part in this and many other italian B&B's, except when specifically mentioned. B&B are usually rented for one-week intervals during the summer period. In other seasons, they may be reanted for smaller increments.

Best option is to take a look at Airbnb, which is more often used by hosts who want to share their private homes. Note that places in Bussana are scarce, and Airbnb will only show them if you set an arrival and departure date. Some homes have aminimum nights requirement, so will only show up if you search for longer booking periods.
Another platform is Booking.com. Although this site is more tuned to people who expect hotel-service and amenities, it is used for seeral apartments in Bussana as well.
Homes in Bussana do not offer hotel-like facilities, so typically you will need to contact, or be contacted, by a local person to get the keys or the access code to a key box near the house.

Colin's B&B Colin-Sidney Wilmot was one of the first inhabitants of the town: painter, sculptor, author, and Bussana Vecchia's first B&B operator. He offers two apartments for rent. Besides the apartments, the guests have their own private terrace and barbecue place. Colin passed away in 2019, but his son Mungo and his friend Simona are continuing the place.
